Commodore's Comments:
Brewer emphasized his personal commitment to repair the club as
promptly as possible with a target date of reopening on the 1st
of November.
Minutes:
Personnel Considerations
Staff – staff told to file for unemployment insurance (Nancy and
Moira on salary)
We want to continue providing health benefits if possible and
compatible with unemployment.
Stay in touch with staff members during our restoration period and
help them as much as possible. Ogonoski will call staff back in as
needed to assist in running the office, cleanup and preparing for
reopening.
Members
Keep all members informed about our restoration progress through
recorded messages, periodic mailings and web site.
Provide a financial gesture by waiving the $40.00 per month minimum
during our down time
Arrange reciprocals with as many other clubs as we can.
Strive for November 1 opening.
Financial Considerations
Continue Dues, suspend dockage fees, no assessment,
Don Kane contract, suspend until reopen.
Pay for repairs out of capital pending receipt of insurance
payments.

Identify areas of needed action and appoint "teams" to take
responsibility for follow-up action.
